PeerPal

An emotionally intelligent companion

You talk.
The rest writes itself.

PeerPal is somewhere to think out loud about work, family and the people you love. While you talk, it keeps the journal, notices how you're feeling, remembers who's who, and turns the advice into steps you can actually tick off.

Works in any browser — nothing to install.

The idea

One message. Five things you didn't have to do.

Most wellbeing apps are a pile of forms — log your mood, write your journal, add a contact, tick your goals. PeerPal turns that around. The conversation is the only thing you fill in; everything else is worked out from it.

What you said

Taylor moved the review to Monday and I'm anxious about it. My other half said they'd help me prep tonight.

That is the entire input. No mood picker, no contact form, no journal prompt — just the thing you would have said to a friend.

sensed

Your mood, logged

Anxious goes onto today's chart at the moment you felt it — not hours later when you remember to open an app.

linked

The people, recognised

Taylor joins your map as your team lead. “My other half” is matched to Robin — PeerPal learns your nicknames instead of inventing a second person.

captured

The journal entry you weren't going to write

One entry per conversation, in your own words, tagged work and family and marked From chat so you always know where it came from.

noted

Advice and promises, kept

What the companion suggested and what you said you'd do — “run through it with Robin tonight” — land on a board you can tick off.

suggested

Something to actually do about it

A three-minute exercise chosen for this feeling at this hour — with one line on why this, why now .

Automatic, never invisible. Each of those appears as a small chip under the reply. Tap it to see it, tap undo to remove it, or switch the whole behaviour off in Settings. Nothing is filed about you in secret.

Who you talk to

Three companions, and one that knows which to bring.

Different moments need a different kind of friend. Pick the one you want, or let PeerPal read the moment and choose — it can even hand over mid-conversation as things shift.

Polly

warm · wise · steady

Like a trusted older friend. She slows things down, says back what she's actually hearing, and asks the question underneath the question.

Best for anxiety, grief, relationships, big feelings.

Peewee

curious · playful · bright

The friend who turns the problem around in their hands until you see a side of it you hadn't. Light, never dismissive.

Best for getting unstuck, lighter moods, new angles.

Paul

direct · grounded · practical

A no-nonsense coach. He names the real issue plainly and turns the talking into two or three things you can do this week.

Best for goals, decisions, procrastination.

Not sure what you need? Leave it on Auto. PeerPal reads the tone of what you've written and brings in whoever fits — gentle when you're hurting, practical when you want to move.

What you get back

A picture of your life you didn't have to assemble.

Weeks of small conversations add up to something you can actually read — and hand to someone who's helping you.

A journal that writes itself

One honest entry per conversation, ready to edit. Write your own whenever you want to — it gets the same understanding.

A map of the people in your life

Who lifts you, who takes it out of you, and how long it's been. Every mention links back to the exact message it came from.

Mood you don't have to remember to log

Sensed from what you write, correctable in a tap, and always yours to log by hand when you'd rather.

A toolkit that changes with your day

Seventeen short exercises — breathing, worry download, self-compassion, reach out. Three are picked for how you feel right now, and it never offers you the same set twice running.

Patterns, explained in a sentence

Not another chart to interpret. “Mondays run heavier.” “Marco days are brighter days.” “Your intentions are slipping — make tomorrow's one half the size.” Each one shows its working.

A summary for your therapist or coach

One tap turns the last 30 days into a clean, branded PDF — mood trend, themes, people, patterns — so the first ten minutes of a session aren't spent recapping.

The app

Built to feel good in your hand.

Soft glass, spring motion, thumb-sized targets, light and dark. Web today, iOS and Android from the same code.

Privacy & control

This is the most personal data you have. It's treated that way.

An app that listens closely has to earn it. Four commitments, built into the product rather than promised in a policy page.

Yours, and only yours

Every record — chats, journal, people, moods, insights — is locked to your account at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.

Nothing is filed silently

Every automatic action is shown where it happened and can be undone in one tap. Auto-journalling, people and mood sensing each have their own off switch.

Take it or delete it, any time

Export everything as a file you keep, or erase your account and all of it for good. No email required, no retention trick.

Honest about what it isn't

PeerPal is a companion, not a clinician. It won't diagnose or discuss medication, and if what you write suggests you're in danger it puts real help in front of you straight away.

Have a look around.

PeerPal is live at app.peerpal.ai. Tell it about your day, and the journal, the people and the patterns start building themselves.
